Project Manager for Global Manufacturing and CRM Field Service projects.  Assumed responsibility for both engagements during Blueprint as ‘Project Recovery’ mission.  Prevented loss of account through, reconciliation of open A/R, implementing monthly status, budget and forecast tools/processes, creating resource loaded project plans, refining issue, risk and decision processes, conducting deliverable reviews, resolving client complaints surrounding personnel and T&E reporting, delivering team member expectations and clearing up outstanding SOW scope related change orders.  Contributed to the development and implementation of Program level processes for metrics reporting, communications and project planning.  Developed SOW and project plan for ~$1 million of add-on work.  Team size: 33.  Budget: $19 million / $101m overall.

Federal Mogul, Southfield MI & Glasgow KY 2007 - 2008
Project Manager for the pilot implementation of Federal Mogul’s manufacturing site integration into existing SAP core model.  The Glasgow, KY site is the first of 86 global manufacturing facilities targeted for implementation between 2008 and 2011.  Managed the SD, MM, FICO, PP, PM and QM ‘proof of concept’ activities including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis against the existing solution and solution presentation.

SAP Portfolio Lead for successful $165 million global SAP outsourcing pursuit.  Created project plans, staffing models and detailed estimates for upgrades, functionality add-ons, instance consolidation and new implementation projects.  Developed and presented long-term roadmap and business case surrounding 15 production instances covering 15,000 users in 23 countries.  Coordinated resources from India, US, France, Germany, UK and Singapore to develop RFP response, conduct orals, identify risk mitigation strategies, perform contract language reviews, create staffing projections and perform due diligence activities.  Developed and delivered effective client presentations concerning case studies, methodology, off-shoring, collaboration with third-party suppliers and emergency support. Project Manager for an SAP Functionality Feasibility Study.  Managed team to determine requirements, identify gaps, offer mitigation strategies and deliver implementation options for replacement of decentralized purchasing, scheduling, warehouse, inventory and asset management legacy systems.  Coordinated resources and developed project schedule, methodology, project templates and final report.

US Army Logistics Modernization Program, Moorestown NJ 2004
Account Manager for the implementation and continued use of SAP’s Solution Manager as the primary repository for process documentation.  Responsible for managing and projecting estimated-to-complete figures (ETC) for budget of $5.8 million.  Responsible for all client side communication including status reports, methodology presentations and project audits.  Responsible for project integration with the US Army Strategies, Architecture and Standards Group (SASG).  Developed and delivered Technical Proposal and Statement of Work for additional task orders and project extensions totaling $1.8 million in revenue.

SD Team Lead for 4.5 to 4.7 (Enterprise) upgrade and new CRM implementation.  Using ASAP methodology conducted all tasks for Business Blueprint and Realization phases of project.  This included process definition, testing and configuration support for the areas of sales orders, pricing, availability check, shipments and invoicing.  Developed the project plan for the CRM mobile sales implementation.  Researched and implemented SAP changes for inefficiencies with master data, availability checking and pricing determination.
