Project Manager for SAP Optimization effort.  Responsible for the business development activities of project planning, budget estimation and statement of work creation.  Managing a team of 18 consultants to conduct process improvement workshops, document technical landscape, establish data governance organization and blueprint scope of BI implementation.  

Federal Mogul, Southfield MI & Glasgow KY 2007 - 2008
Project Manager for the pilot implementation of Federal Mogul's manufacturing site integration into existing SAP core model.  The Glasgow, KY site is the first of 86 global manufacturing facilities targeted for implementation between 2008 and 2011.  Responsible for the SD, MM, FICO, PP, PM and QM 'proof of concept' activities including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis against the existing solution and solution presentation.
